In 2017 All Def Media implemented iSolved Payroll within the Payroll category to bring employee payroll processing in house. The deployment covered both corporate employee staff and a separate production payroll population, and it centralized payroll administration under the company payroll manager.

In 2018 Ampler Group implemented iSolved Payroll to centralize core Payroll processing across its operations. The deployment targeted eight divisions and was positioned to align payroll execution with HRIS controls and administrative workflows.
The implementation encompassed HRIS and Payroll AAP configuration, Employee Self Service ESS and Manager Self Service MSS workflow setup, and coordination of system training for HR and business managers. iSolved Payroll was configured to support payroll cycles and administrative access patterns typical of a multi-division restaurant franchisee environment.
Integrations were explicitly scoped to carrier feeds for benefits administration, and the project manager coordinated carrier feed configuration alongside user enablement. Governance and ongoing operations were formalized with a named owner responsible for the continued success of the system for both business and HR stakeholders. The owner also led policy updates including a revised employee handbook, coached managers on employee relations and compliance, oversaw direct HR staff, and administered health plans, leave programs and 401k plan operations including open enrollment.

In 2018, Bornstein Seafoods implemented iSolved Payroll to centralize payroll processing for its U.S. seafood processing operations. The deployment used the iSolved Payroll application to take on core Payroll responsibilities and to move payroll and timekeeping off paper records and into an electronic system.
The implementation targeted electronic payroll and attendance modules, converting a paper timekeeping process into an integrated attendance capture and pay calculation workflow. The Financial Controller led configuration and operationalization of iSolved Payroll and also implemented accounts payable automation and electronic data storage as complementary finance automation efforts.
Operational scope covered company payroll for approximately 200 employees and was managed inside the finance and accounting organization, which the Financial Controller supervised with up to nine accounting professionals and four direct reports. The Financial Controller is noted as proficient in Microsoft Navision, iSolved payroll, and TCP software, which informed operational practices and internal reporting.
Governance and process change accompanied the rollout, with the controller facilitating audit readiness for loan covenants and regulatory compliance, and embedding operating budgets into monthly divisional financial reviews.
