In 2022, American Eagle Outfitters implemented Jumpmind Commerce as its cloud-native mobile point of sale for American Eagle and Aerie stores. Jumpmind Commerce serves as an eCommerce mobile-first composable in-store solution to modernize in-store checkout and to support omnichannel order and fulfillment flows.

Operational coverage extended across the United States and Hong Kong, impacting store operations and omnichannel retail teams for both brands. In 2023, Build-A-Bear Workshop implemented Jumpmind Commerce. The deployment used Jumpmind Commerce eCommerce to enable experiential, interactive in-store checkout and guest personalization across approximately 450 stores in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, leveraging Jumpmind Commerce with CX Connect customer engagement.
The implementation emphasized in-store point-of-sale orchestration and customer engagement capabilities, combining CX Connect customer engagement workflows with interactive checkout interfaces and personalization features typical of modern eCommerce platforms. Landmark Group | Retail | 55000 | $7.0B | United Arab Emirates | JumpMind | Jumpmind Commerce | eCommerce | 2025 | n/a |
In 2025, Landmark Group selected Jumpmind Commerce to modernize point of sale operations and to unify promotions and omnichannel fulfillment across its Middle East retail operations, beginning with an initial UAE go live. Jumpmind Commerce is being deployed as part of an eCommerce initiative that includes Jumpmind Promote and RFID enabled self checkout to standardize promotions execution and support multi currency and multi language retail workflows.
The implementation focuses on core POS modernization, a centralized promotions engine, omnichannel fulfillment orchestration, and device level support for RFID enabled self checkout. Functional capabilities implemented include in store POS transaction processing, centralized promotions configuration via Jumpmind Promote, multi currency price and tender handling, and language localization for store interfaces and customer receipts.
Operational deployment covers an initial UAE go live with planned expansion across more than 600 stores and over 6,000 devices across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt, Bahrain and Oman.
