The deployment focused on two primary functional capabilities, expert routing and coaching. The platform routes inbound website queries on roughly 100 subjects including creating listings, fees, shipping, returns and payments to a curated Seller Expert team, while enabling those experts to deliver real-time, experience-based coaching. Limitless GigCX platform configuration emphasized conversational routing, case deflection from traditional channels, and a moderated expert network model to preserve quality and consistency in responses.
Operational coverage centered on eBay’s seller community with governance that invited top ranked sellers into the Seller Expert program, creating an earn-while-you-help incentive structure. The implementation changed support workflows by deflecting routine seller queries away from in-house and outsourced teams, allowing those teams to focus on higher value activities. eBay also identified future uses for the Seller Expert output, including training AI to improve search relevance and applying the GigCX model to larger businesses and higher value items.
Governance and outcomes were tracked through service metrics and formal recognition. In 2019 NewDay deployed the Limitless GigCX platform as a Customer Experience initiative to run an explicit Voice of Customer program. The deployment used Limitless CrowdFeedback capabilities delivered via the Limitless GigCX platform and an app based enrollment flow, inviting NewDay customers to participate in product and service tests in exchange for cash rewards. The initial rollout targeted customers holding Aqua and Amazon Mastercard credit cards, establishing two cohorts for structured feedback capture.
The implementation configured the CrowdFeedback module to task enrolled customers with testing online product journeys and submitting qualitative and quantitative feedback. Limitless provided AI enabled and crowdsourced customer service capabilities to organize feedback, while NewDay routed responses directly into its Customer Support and Product team workflows for triage and product improvement. Functional workflows included participant enrollment, assignment of test tasks, feedback submission, and prioritized delivery of insights to product and service owners.
Architecturally the solution was delivered as a SaaS app with mobile feedback capture and centralized feedback aggregation, supporting operational coverage across NewDay customer cohorts in the United Kingdom. Governance was framed through an Ambassador program that defined enrollment criteria, reward mechanisms, and feedback governance to ensure insights were actionable. The program was scoped to customer experience, customer support, product management, and service delivery functions.
