Integration work was scoped as a Pilot Program with two of the largest U.S. banks, with those banks acting as Depositing and Paying Banks during the first phase of requirements. The project team collaborated with industry software vendors to align external real time solutions with Early Warning applications, and instrumented end to end test scenarios to validate bank integrations and message flows.
Operational governance emphasized Agile SCRUM and Test Driven Development, with two week sprints, continuous integration pipelines using Maven, Bamboo and Stash Git repositories, peer review via Crucible, and test management in Jira with the Xray plugin.
