In 2018, CAMAIEU implemented OneStock OMS as an Order Management solution to centralize omnichannel order orchestration and enable rapid Ship from Store capability. The deployment targeted the retailer’s full channel footprint, including 650 stores in France, 250 stores across 20 countries, three e-commerce websites, and planned marketplace presence.

Operational scope extended to store operations, fulfillment teams, and customer service workflows, aligning store picking and dispatch processes with online order flows.
Governance emphasized an agile rollout to achieve rapid time to value, with operational changes to store fulfillment responsibilities and centralized order orchestration policies. Imperial Fashion Group | Retail | 500 | $200M | Italy | OneStock | OneStock OMS | Order Management | 2018 | n/a |
In 2018, Imperial Fashion Group deployed OneStock OMS as its Order Management platform to enable an omnichannel fulfillment strategy across its three brands Imperial Fashion, Dixie and Please. The rollout moved from ideation to live networking in less than 2 months, delivering a fast OMS development and operational cutover for store based and online order orchestration.
OneStock OMS was configured to centralize order orchestration, prioritizing shipment from the most logical shipping point and to support Ship from Store, Click and Collect and Order In Store flows. The implementation encoded well defined orchestration rules that route online orders to a central online warehouse first, then to seven prioritized single brand stores with the largest inventory and staff, and subsequently to around twenty additional points of sale when needed.
Operational coverage includes a central warehouse dedicated to online purchases, 40 single brand stores and over 1,500 multi brand distributors serving as potential mini depots, with orchestration rules originating orders from depots such as Milan and Bologna. The scope of business functions impacted includes e commerce fulfillment, store operations and wholesale purchasing workflows, with planned extension of Ship from Store capabilities for B2B wholesale customers.
Governance was implemented through pre established routing rules and store prioritization to standardize order handling and package preparation. Outcomes recorded after the go live include 49 percent of orders shipped from stores since February 2018, an increase in turnover of €145,000 in the first month of Ship from Store activation, a peak of 272 orders shipped from stores in a single day during the summer 2018 sales period, and €11,000 in revenue on 07/23 from products that would otherwise have been unavailable.

In 2020 LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton implemented OneStock OMS to optimize US omnichannel operations while extending a platform already in use across its European operations. The implementation configures OneStock OMS capabilities to provide real time delivery performance, ship from store fulfillment, and competitive store selection where multiple stores can bid to fulfill an order and the fastest responder completes the sale. Functional modules in active use include centralized stock aggregation, fulfillment orchestration that chooses the best point of fulfillment, and customer communication logic that notifies buyers immediately if an order cannot be fulfilled.
Operational scope extends from store operations and e-commerce teams to customer service and supply chain planning across Europe and now the United States, with commercial expansion and pilots being pitched to LVMH brands for Asia. OneStock’s inclusion in LVMH’s start up accelerator has institutionalized vendor engagement and is being used as a channel to promote broader adoption across LVMH brands while preserving the platform focus on promising and delivering an elevated customer experience.
