Delivery and governance relied on Agile SCRUM delivery, coordinated release and patching cycles, formal user acceptance testing with Albertsons project teams and third party application vendors, and hands on technical leadership for distributed development teams.
Project governance emphasized solution architecture reviews, security integration patterns including SAML single sign on, OAuth2 federated authentication and OAM Web gate integration, plus defined responsibilities for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
