In 2020 Acun Medya implemented Oracle Contract Management Cloud as a central component of an end to end Oracle Cloud program, marking the first and the biggest end to end Oracle Cloud project in Turkey. The deployment targeted Contract Lifecycle Management to centralize contract creation, approval workflows, obligations tracking and a governed contract repository across the group.
The implementation design incorporated business process mapping and configuration for Financial, Procurement, Inventory, Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, Project and Contracts processes, with BI reporting frameworks defined on Oracle. Oracle Contract Management Cloud was configured to support contract authoring templates, multi stage approval routing and lifecycle status controls consistent with enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management practices.
Integration points were explicitly aligned with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud modules, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Project Management, and with Oracle HCM Cloud and EPM components referenced in the program scope. The rollout covered Acun Medya Group companies, including AcunMedya Global locations in Dominic, Mexico and Greece and TV8, executed in a matrix setup to coordinate cross entity process harmonization.
