Configuration focused on standardizing new account onboarding and account funding workflows, including cost basis input, account opening and delink procedures, beneficiary and title changes, charitable gift processing and daily money movement. Functional capabilities implemented include account maintenance, trade placement and review, standing letter of authorization setup, fee reporting, holdings and balance reconciliation, and performance report generation to support Relationship Managers and Client Service staff.
The deployment integrated the SEI Wealth Platform with front office and operations touchpoints that are explicitly in use at CIBC Private Wealth Management US, including CRM systems Salesforce and Tichino, reporting engines APX Temenos and Black Diamond, Trust Desk wealth tooling, and custody connectivity to TD Ameritrade Schwab and Fidelity.
