Proofs of concept for Temporal workflows and a Kinesis consumer group were executed in parallel to evaluate workflow orchestration and streaming of datastore events into analytics and security tooling.
Governance and rollout emphasized standardized IaC and continuous delivery, with ArgoCD used to manage environment configuration and Terraform used to codify networking changes. The operational scope included payments, underwriting, and settlement platform functions, and platform engineering teams restructured resource access controls and API surfaces to support multi tenant computing. Tailscale Network Security was restated as the central Network Detection and Response (NDR) element linking network access policies, telemetry collection, and platform observability across AWS environments.
