Tantragyan edge CRM was provisioned to manage customer and policyholder records, consent capture aligned with PDPA CMS, and operational CRM workflows, while tightly coupling access control with enterprise identity services. The implementation surfaced explicit identity and access management controls including account creation, deletion, suspension, rename and password reset workflows, maker and checker roles for access changes, two factor authentication token support, and single sign on integration. Integrations documented during the program included IDAP identity access provisioning, PDPA CMS for consent management, SSO and 2FA services, and operational linkages to enterprise systems such as Staffnet, LifeHub, iHR, Microsoft Exchange, AS400, Cif TouchPoint, GI Exchange and UIP BackOffice. Identity and Access Provisioning IDAP was used to manage account creation, suspension, renaming and deletion for CRM Edge users, and the CRM was incorporated into single sign on SSO flows with 2FA token enforcement for privileged access.
Operational coverage extended to support Singapore users and was administered through the internal service delivery model used by the IAM team. The CRM operated alongside enterprise systems explicitly supported by the IT team including Exchange, Staffnet, LifeHub, iHR and AS400, enabling user communications, profile synchronization and access management across those systems.
Governance and runbook changes were implemented by the IAM function, the team performed maker and checker roles for access requests, managed password resets and acted as first line email and telephone support to resolve access issues for Tantragyan edge CRM. Standard operating procedures were updated to reflect CRM onboarding processes and the IAM team maintained backup accessor and checker responsibilities to ensure continuity of access management and compliance with corporate access controls.
