In 2020, ASML implemented TMF Payroll from TMF Group in the Payroll category. The TMF Payroll implementation integrated with Workday using standard connectors, including Alight hrX and TMF Horizon, and targeted ASML's HR and Payroll teams as the primary business functions impacted.

In 2017, IEEE implemented TMF Payroll to manage its global and domestic payroll operations. The TMF Payroll deployment targeted Payroll processing for a biweekly multi state domestic payroll and six monthly global payrolls covering India, China, Singapore, Japan, Austria and Germany.
Functional configuration emphasized core payroll processing, tax reconciliation, payroll reporting and general ledger posting, reflecting responsibilities to reconcile quarterly and year end payroll taxes and produce employee W2s. TMF Payroll was configured to compile payroll and HR reports for departmental stakeholders and to generate payroll journal entries posted to the corporate general ledger.
Integrations and operational interfaces included ADP WorkForce Now and ADP Streamline, and TMF Payroll operated alongside local country payroll vendors to orchestrate monthly country runs. The global payroll operation was governed by a centralized payroll team, with a Senior Manager, Global Payroll responsible for standardizing and implementing payroll policy and procedures and managing a team of three payroll professionals.
The implementation positioned TMF Payroll as the primary Payroll application within IEEE for payroll operations across HR and Finance, supporting wage information requests to authorized external agencies and end to end processing across domestic and international jurisdictions. Governance focused on centralized policy, reconciliations and GL posting processes.
