Reported outcomes from the deployment include faster payroll processing, improved calculation accuracy through automatic validations, simplified administrative workflows, instant reporting capabilities for HR, expanded employee self-service access to payroll documents, and faster, more convenient HR interactions via the TotalSoft Timea Chatbot on WhatsApp.
