In 2022, iBOOD Netherlands implemented Xelion VoIP as its PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems solution. The deployment was executed with partner M2C Netherlands and went live the same year as an estimated SaaS start, targeting the company customer contact centre in the Netherlands to absorb high volume, bursty traffic during promotional events.
Xelion VoIP was configured to deliver customer contact centre functionality including wallboards, call recordings and analytics pipelines. The implementation centralized call handling, queue visibility and agent monitoring, and introduced administrator self service workflows to reduce dependency on manual provisioning. Call recordings and operational telemetry were retained for reporting and compliance within contact centre operations.
Operational data from Xelion VoIP was integrated into Power BI so analytics feed dashboards used by contact centre managers and business analysts. The architecture used the SaaS Xelion VoIP platform with cloud hosted telephony and analytics exports, keeping telephony control in the PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems layer while offloading BI and reporting to Power BI.
