Connectivity was realized through standard integration patterns such as API driven connectors and message based orchestration to synchronize master data and transactional events with enterprise systems. Governance and process control were applied to coordinate cross functional ownership, approvals and change management for the bespoke workflows, enabling consistent rollout across the identified business functions. The program achieved new levels of automation to optimize operations across multiple departments, while the Bizagi Platform provided a maintainable orchestration layer for ongoing process evolution.
