Panda Security Professional Services 930 $210M Spain Visma Visma Retail Suite Retail Management 2016 n/a In 2016 Panda Security implemented Visma Retail Suite as its Retail Management platform. The deployment supported both SaaS cloud and on-premise delivery models and aligned with Product Management responsibility for the corporate portfolio across Sweden and later Finland. The Visma Retail Suite implementation centered on integrated CRM and ERP reporting workflows, with Visma CRM as the customer engagement layer and MS SQL as the primary database platform. The project provisioned Visma SPCS ERP access through MS SQL to enable direct management reporting in Excel, and established Excel dashboards used for pricing, forecasting and product launch planning. Product Management retained responsibility for pricing, pre-sales questions and marketing, embedding these commercial workflows into the Retail Management configuration. Operational integrations included Visma CRM and Visma SPCS accessed via MS SQL, creating a data pipeline used for ad hoc extraction and standardized reporting. The implementation supported corporate functions such as Product Marketing, Sales pre-sales, Finance reporting and Forecasting, with operational coverage in Sweden and subsequently Finland. PCM acted as the concessionaire representing Panda Security in Sweden and was acquired and fully integrated into Panda Security during this timeframe. Governance emphasized centralized data extraction and SQL-driven reporting, with the Product Management team acting as the system owner for CRM, databases and management reporting processes. During the implementation Panda Security transformed toward a cloud company, and the organization established internal expertise for data extraction and Excel-based dashboards from MS SQL to support ongoing Retail Management operations.
Phoenix Technologies Professional Services 500 $80M United States ADP ADP Time and Labor Management Time and Attendance 2011 n/a In 2011, Phoenix Technologies implemented ADP Time and Labor Management as its core Time and Attendance solution to standardize time capture and attendance policy enforcement across its U.S. professional services operations. The ADP Time and Labor Management deployment addressed centralized time capture, labor costing, and attendance compliance for Phoenix Technologies' 500 employees, aligning time records with billable project tracking and internal labor reporting. The implementation configured standard Time and Attendance capabilities including clocking methods, schedule and shift management, timecard creation and approval, exception handling, and rule-based overtime computation. Deployment work leveraged experience with ADP and ADP Time Attendant to set up time capture workflows and configure attendance rules to reflect consulting engagement schedules and role-based pay rules. Architecture and integrations were organized around an ADP-hosted service model, with time data synchronized to the company payroll and HR record flows using ADP data export mechanisms and standard secure feeds. Operational coverage focused on HR, payroll, and project delivery teams, enabling time exports for payroll processing and providing auditors with consolidated attendance records. Governance was centralized under HR with formalized manager approval workflows, exception escalation procedures, and configuration control for attendance policies. Rollout included role-based configuration of time rules, manager training on approval and exception handling, and steady-state operational ownership by HR and payroll for ongoing policy updates and compliance management.
