This deployment positioned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the Core HR backbone for HRIS and people data analytics functions across the organization. The implementation scope emphasized understanding system architecture and the bidirectional data flows into and out of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Workstreams included the design and development of interfaces, data conversion and data migration activities, and the definition of business rules for SuccessFactors data feeds covering EC, LMS, RCM, RMK, CM, VP, PMGM and related HR modules. Integration responsibilities focused on instrumenting and supporting data feeds between SuccessFactors and other associated systems, with explicit ownership for EC Data Migration and Integration activities. The program specified interface design, mapping and transformation logic for inbound and outbound HR data, and ongoing monitoring of applicable integrations to ensure data integrity and operational continuity. Governance activity centered on driving the design of business rules for SuccessFactors data feeds and establishing monitoring practices for integrations. LUKS IT Solutions provided implementation and operational support roles for interface development, data conversion, migration execution and post go live integration monitoring to sustain Core HR data flows.
