CAMAIEU Retail 5600 $1.5B France Cegid Cegid Talentsoft Core HR Core HR 2017 n/a In 2017 CAMAIEU implemented Cegid Talentsoft Core HR as its enterprise Core HR solution to centralize employee administration across corporate and store operations. The initial deployment was led from DSIO Etudes within the Decision making, Finance and HR domain and aligned with concurrent HR legal and operational projects active at the time. Cegid Talentsoft Core HR was configured to cover core HR capabilities typical of the Core HR category, including employee master data and organizational management, recruitment workflows, contract management and absence and time records. The implementation emphasized standardized data models to feed HR datamarts and to support downstream reporting and analytics use cases. Integrations were structured to exchange HR data with the broader application landscape, notably SAP S4 HANA for financial and accounting alignment and BI platforms such as Tableau and Qlikview for HR reporting and datamart consumption. The rollout targeted both corporate HR processes and store level HR processes, including tools for contract amendments and annualization of working time for store staff. Governance and operating model were executed through a dedicated DSIO domain owner with budget authority and a team of 10 to 20 staff, accompanied by management of TMAs and external partners. Change control and project sequencing were coordinated alongside parallel initiatives such as Meta4 SaaS activities, recruitment site rollout and broader datawarehouse and BI modernization efforts.
Carrefour Retail 234750 $101.2B France Thematic Group Wynd OMS Order Management 2019 n/a In 2019, Carrefour implemented Wynd OMS from vendor Thematic Group to power an Express Delivery service. Wynd OMS was deployed as the core Order Management component to orchestrate orders between Carrefour's digital storefront and its existing neighborhood stores network. The implementation included Wynd's digital platform integrated on Carrefour's website, a capacity planning app to verify in-store team availability, a Stock Management solution that displays real time product availability for delivery, and the Wynd Picking app which drives optimized picking paths and records completion and substitution actions. Wynd OMS receives online orders, routes them to the selected store for preparation, and coordinates the picking workflow within store operations. Integrations were explicitly built with Carrefour's pre existing tools and solutions to avoid rebuilding the information system, and the service was connected to Stuart for last mile delivery orchestration. Operational coverage focused on using existing points of sale as micro fulfillment sites, converting inactive time of sales teams into order preparation duties and improving stock disposal at store level. Governance emphasized a turnkey, rapid rollout model, the project being deployed in three months without deep changes to Carrefour's operating methods. New software components including the Wynd OMS and accompanying business applications were configured for fast, safe connections to Carrefour's operational stack while preserving store level workflows. The end to end Express Delivery journey delivered customer orders to homes in one hour, with the sequence moving from the Carrefour website to Wynd OMS, then to store picking via the Wynd Picking app, and final handoff to Stuart for delivery. The implementation aimed to improve client satisfaction and loyalty, capture additional sales against new competitors, and optimize logistics and stock utilization by extending ecommerce fulfilment into neighborhood stores.
