Governance and financial control for the SAP run were centralized, with the competence center managing the run budget for SAP and TMA activities, including ordering, receipt processing and invoice reconciliation. The Delivery Manager role and the SAP Competence Center managed relationships between Carrefour and SAP, operating budgets and SLA driven maintenance processes, aligning application stewardship with finance and procurement business functions under the SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial deployment.

Ongoing governance covered access control, data quality, and change management for HR configuration updates.
