Project workstreams included alignment of employee master data flows between HR systems and the employee engagement platform Staffbase, reflecting close IT and HR coordination on synchronization of relevant employee information. The timekeeping implementation also included standard integration touchpoints for HR and payroll downstream systems and store-level time capture interfaces consistent with UKG Pro Timekeeping deployment patterns. Governance was organized around cross-functional IT and HR coordination for configuration, staged rollouts, and local store support, with IT expanding its support scope into adjacent HR systems such as performance management and learning management. Operational ownership for support and improvement initiatives rested with ALDI Stores Australia IT in collaboration with HR business partners, ensuring operational readiness and ongoing maintenance for UKG Pro Timekeeping.
