Governance and rollout were structured as a phased adoption plan to increase user uptake, with the Hadi IT organization and ABS NS project management jointly overseeing configuration, user training and operational cutover for maintenance, procurement, crewing and HSQE functions. The approach emphasized controlled module activation and internal enablement to embed the ABS NS Crew and Payroll Manager into existing maritime operations.
