Community Therapy | Leisure and Hospitality | 100 | $10M | Australia | Go1 | Go1 Content Hub | Learning and Development | 2019 | n/a | In 2019, Community Therapy implemented Go1 Content Hub as its Learning and Development platform to centralize mandatory clinical and workplace training for a dispersed mobile healthcare workforce. The decision addressed the organisation’s need to build clinical skills across multidisciplinary teams while streamlining industry mandated compliance reporting for an NDIS registered provider. Go1 Content Hub was configured to deliver a broad library of preexisting learning across healthcare topics, compliance, and practical office skills such as Microsoft applications, and to host uploaded internal content including narrated slideshows and video presentations. Functional capabilities implemented include mandatory course assignment, user access provisioning, and administrative reporting to track completion across nominated courses, delivering a single content repository for both compulsory and elective learning needs. Operational integration tied Go1 Content Hub to the company HR system Employment Hero to simplify learner access and assignment, enabling employees to launch courses through Employment Hero and to complete learning on mobile devices. The rollout covered clinical and professional roles including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, speech pathologists, and administrative staff, with content and reporting structured to demonstrate compliance to external partners such as residential and aged care facilities, private health insurers, and rehabilitation at home providers. Governance and adoption were supported by onboarding assistance from Go1 and a focus on a simple user journey for administrators and learners, enabling administrators to monitor completions and maintain compliance oversight. The implementation resulted in seamless integration with Employment Hero, broader access to mandatory and elective courses for staff, and mobile learning adoption, with stakeholders noting improved ease of use and alignment between vendor support and Community Therapy values. | |
