SandRidge Energy Oil, Gas and Chemicals 102 $148M United States Infor Infor LMS Learning and Development 2015 n/a In 2015, SandRidge Energy implemented Infor LMS within its Learning and Development environment. The deployment targeted the companys Oklahoma City operations and the broader US employee population, aligning learning delivery with HR and safety training needs in the Oil, Gas and Chemicals industry. Infor LMS was provisioned to centralize course delivery and manage compliance driven training across the organization. The implementation focused on core Learning and Development capabilities typical of enterprise learning platforms, including a centralized course catalog, enrollment and assignment workflows, compliance tracking and learning transcripts, and SCORM content ingestion. Configuration emphasized role based access and manager approval workflows to support HR driven training processes and operational compliance tracking. Reporting views were established inside the LMS to surface completion and assignment status for operational managers. Infor LMS was integrated with the companys HR and IT systems listed in internal environment records, including UltiPro for HR user records and provisioning, Kronos for timekeeping context where training hour reconciliation was relevant, SQL Server as the platform data store for learning records, Cognos BI for enterprise reporting and dashboards, and OrgPublisher for organizational structure feeds. These integrations supported automated user provisioning, organizational assignment logic, and downstream learning analytics in Cognos BI. Governance was structured with HR maintaining training policy and assignment ownership, while IT managed integrations, the SQL Server data layer and reporting exports. Rollout followed a phased approach across HR, operations and safety teams with configuration of compliance workflows and manager approval chains prior to wider enrollment. Documentation and role based permissions were emphasized to ensure consistent assignment and reporting processes across sites.
