Logile worked with Brookshire Grocery Company to create labor standards and to roll out an earned hours program that determines required labor hours based on volume mix and store attributes, and wall-to-wall automated scheduling for front-end departments has been completed while remaining departments are scheduled for rollout in the coming months. Operational coverage centers on store operations and workforce planning, extending to corporate HR and operations teams and progressively to distribution and warehouse sites. The Logile Workforce Management deployment emphasizes forecasting-driven staffing and scheduling, mobile self-service for associates, and task execution capabilities to provide department-level visibility and a data-driven understanding of operational requirements. Brookshire Grocery selected Logile after a competitive evaluation to gain system flexibility and to improve the partner associate experience and operational effectiveness. Governance and rollout were carried out in collaboration with Logile to establish labor standards and the earned hours model, positioning the company to evolve store planning and workforce management practices through phased implementation and centralized labor modeling. | |
