Integrations were explicitly tied to the companys SAP estate, ingesting event data from SAP Materials Management and SAP Finance modules and correlating procurement related events with SAP Ariba implementation and support data sources. Operational coverage targeted Materials Management, Finance and Procurement business functions, with process mining queries and model repositories accessible to process owners and functional leads across CBH Group in Australia. Governance and rollout emphasized standardization and business partnership, the systems analyst role drove standardisation and efficiencies of business processes and related systems, provided specialist advice on design and implementation, partnered with business stakeholders to document requirements, delivered process and systems documentation and training, and coordinated user acceptance testing. The implementation established process owner accountability and a documented BPML practice to sustain ongoing process management and continuous auditing of SAP transaction behavior.
