Governance centered in HR and Talent Management, who configured course assignment rules, enrollment triggers tied to onboarding milestones, and performance review linked learning plans. Operational rollout focused on aligning Learning and Development workflows with existing talent and benefits processes, enabling centralized training administration, compliance reporting, and ongoing management within the PlanSource HCM Suite environment.
