Alorica Professional Services 115000 $15.0B United States WorkForce Software WorkForce Time & Attendance Time and Attendance 2016 n/a In 2016, Alorica implemented WorkForce Time & Attendance to formalize time capture and scheduling controls at its Alorica Las Vegas, NV contact center. The deployment used the WorkForce Time & Attendance application as the site level system for Time and Attendance management and was operated by a dedicated workforce management team between August 2016 and March 2018. The implementation centered on real time management workflows and scheduling modules, configured to support queue level monitoring and segmenting by forecast. Functional capabilities implemented included user onboarding and off boarding, hierarchy and permission management, forecasting driven employee distribution for queue staffing, biannual shift bid administration for 250 employees, and calculation of a monthly performance incentive plan with payout inputs. A live performance stack rank was maintained as part of the operational configuration to support incentive calculations and real time analyst decision making. Operational coverage focused on the Las Vegas site and a team of real time analysts managed day to day queue operations and schedule adherence using the Time and Attendance platform. The workforce manager served as the primary point of contact for IT related troubleshooting and participated in event mitigation during site wide outages, indicating operational integration between workforce management processes and IT support workflows. Business functions impacted included workforce management operations, HR functions related to onboarding and off boarding, and compensation administration for performance incentives. Governance and process controls were established around hierarchy management, onboarding and off boarding procedures, the biannual shift bid process, and daily real time monitoring. These controls formalized roles for workforce analysts and centralized schedule and incentive calculation workflows within the WorkForce Time & Attendance environment at the site.
