In 2020 AlveoLand implemented Oracle Learning Cloud as part of a broader Oracle HCM Cloud program delivered by EvoSys, with a project timeline from March 2020 to October 2020. The work was executed alongside Oracle HCM Cloud modules to create a unified HR and talent management stack for the organization. The implementation deployed Oracle Learning Cloud to provide centralized learning management capabilities within the Learning and Development category, aligned with the Oracle HCM Cloud modules configured for Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Oracle Time and Labor, Payroll Interface, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Oracle Learning Cloud was configured to support course catalog management, learning assignments and compliance tracking, and was integrated into talent workflows for competency and career development. Architecturally the deployment followed a consolidated Oracle HCM Cloud SaaS model, with Oracle Learning Cloud integrated through the shared HCM data model and the specified Payroll Interface to maintain HR and payroll data consistency. Integrations explicitly included Core HR for user provisioning and position data, Oracle Time and Labor for time-related workforce context, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud to link onboarding and learning plans with hiring events. Governance and rollout focused on centralized HR ownership and role based security configuration, with process alignment across HR, Talent Management, Payroll and Recruitment functions. The implementation covered AlveoLand operations in the Philippines and supported the organization’s approximately 2500 employees, with phased enablement and configuration controls established during the March to October 2020 rollout.
