In 2022 Stichting Mijzo chose CAPP Learning to harmonize learning and introduce an innovative self-declaration assessment policy within its Learning and Development processes, targeting HR, L&D and compliance workflows across the organization. Stichting Mijzo is a Netherlands eldercare provider with 2,444 employees and selected CAPP Learning to centralize learning administration while enabling localized competency workstreams.
CAPP Learning was configured to support core learning management functions, competency frameworks, and a self-declaration assessment capability that allows staff to declare competencies for decentralized assessment.
