The program included creation of international entities and migration of international employees to Benchling contracts, accompanied by onboarding of new immigration counsel to manage global mobility and compliance. Governance and process ownership were structured across People Operations and HR Business Partners, who owned compensation policy, review cadence and analytics adoption. People Analytics was consolidated under a single lead and Knoetic was adopted for automated dashboards, enabling more centralized HR, recruiting, payroll and international HR administration. | |
