ForeFront served as the systems integrator to implement a cloud field-service platform, ServiceMax/Asset 360, while preserving and integrating DIS Minitrac DMS as the back-office source for parts, warranties and accounting. The deployment established a hybrid architecture linking ServiceMax/Asset 360 to DIS Minitrac DMS to surface parts availability, warranty status and accounting data into field-service and dispatch workflows. The engagement was executed as a Mid-Atlantic, U.S. integration covering service, parts, dispatch and accounting teams within Eastern Lift Truck.
