The engagement was executed as a Mid-Atlantic, U.S. integration covering service, parts, dispatch and accounting teams within Eastern Lift Truck. Functional configuration centered on parts management, warranty processing, accounting interfaces and dispatcher workflows, with ForeFront documenting the technical integration in a published case study. Governance preserved DIS Minitrac DMS as the authoritative back-office system for parts, warranties and financial posting, while ServiceMax provided cloud-based field operations and service orchestration. According to the ForeFront case study, the combined DIS Minitrac DMS and ServiceMax/Asset 360 architecture improved field service productivity and dispatcher efficiency, while maintaining the dealership management system as the source of record for critical back-office functions.
KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati Banking and Financial Services 150 $10M Indonesia Temenos Temenos T24 Core Banking 2016 Fortress Data Services In 2016 KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform. The deployment used Temenos T24 Retail, Wholesale, and Islamic Banking editions to consolidate core account servicing, product administration, and transaction processing across the cooperative's banking operations. Fortress Data Services acted as the system integrator and developed local enhancements to Temenos T24, extending standard modules including AA Deposits, AA Lending, LD Lending, LD Deposits, delivery channel interface, Alert, Funds Transfer, Teller, Forex, Money Market, Security Trading, and SWIFT interface. Configuration and development work emphasized product parameterization, transaction posting rules, teller workflows, channel message handling, and Islamic banking product flows. Integrations implemented within the Temenos T24 stack included delivery channel interfaces for customer and teller access, SWIFT messaging for correspondent banking, funds transfer rails, and trading interfaces supporting forex and money market operations. The implementation covered retail and wholesale banking functions, teller and branch operations, treasury and trading desks, and Islamic banking business functions for end to end account lifecycle and transaction orchestration. Fortress Data Services delivered these local enhancements and configuration patterns across a series of Indonesian financial institutions while supporting KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati, creating repeatable localization approaches for Temenos T24.
