Governance for ConnX Core HR was aligned to Beaconhills College policies and the Beaconhills College General Staff agreement 2017-2020, with the HR Assistant role defined to provide recruitment support, database management and administrative functions. The HR Assistant reports to the Human Resources Officer and Head of Human Resources and is accountable to the Executive Principal, ensuring system driven workflows supply accurate and timely information to management and selection panels.
