Dexxon Group | Distribution | 500 | $262M | France | ADP | ADP Decidium | Core HR | 2015 | n/a | In 2015, Dexxon Group implemented ADP Decidium as its HRM application to centralize personnel administration and payroll processes. The initial deployment was operated from the Gennevilliers site and covered France and international subsidiaries, aligning the ADP Decidium instance with cross border HR and payroll requirements. ADP Decidium was configured to manage the full employee lifecycle, including creation of hirings, management of entry to exit personnel administration, treatment and entry of variable payroll elements, and calculation of social charges and STC. The implementation included use of ADP Decidium query capabilities, development of HR reporting and dashboards in Excel, and administration of the company training plan, reflecting typical HRM functional workflows. The implementation explicitly incorporated data recovery from hypervision for hiring creation inside ADP Decidium, and the HR and payroll referent role operated as the primary governance point for subsidiaries in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Dubai, Taiwan and the US. Operational coverage therefore combined a centralized ADP Decidium configuration with localized statutory handling across multiple countries. Governance practices emphasized a single HR and payroll referent responsible for personnel administration and payroll processing, configuration of ADP Decidium queries for reporting, and execution of training plan processes through the ADP Decidium environment and complementary Excel reporting. This approach structured cross border payroll and HR workflows within the ADP Decidium HRM implementation.

Frichti | Retail | 400 | $45M | France | Badakan | Badakan HRIS | Core HR | 2021 | n/a | In 2021 Frichti implemented Badakan HRIS to centralize Core HR functions across its France operations for an organization of approximately 400 employees. The Badakan HRIS deployment was positioned to serve HR and People Operations teams, establishing a single system of record for employee data and workforce administration under the Core HR category. The implementation focused on standard Core HR modules including employee master data and organizational management, onboarding and offboarding workflows, absence and time off tracking, document management and employee self-service. Configuration work emphasized role based access and manager approval workflows to support routine HR case handling and personnel lifecycle events. Architecturally the Badakan HRIS deployment aligned with cloud hosted HRIS patterns, delivering centralized employee records and browser based access for HR, managers and mobile users. The implementation included structured data export and API ready endpoints for downstream payroll or benefits systems, and it exposed reporting views for HR operational reporting and headcount reconciliation. Governance for the rollout was organized through People Operations and HR policy owners, with phased enablement of self service and manager workflows to control change and data quality. Training, role mapping and process documentation were implemented to embed the Badakan HRIS into Frichti’s Core HR operating model and to support ongoing HR process orchestration.
