Generix Professional Services 1000 $118M France Nibelis Nibelis Payroll & HRIS Payroll,Core HR 2018 n/a In 2018, Generix implemented Nibelis Payroll & HRIS as its Payroll,Core HR solution. The deployment centralized payroll and core HR processing across the company, supporting onboarding, contract drafting under the Syntec agreement, payroll variable capture, and employee departures management. Within Nibelis Payroll & HRIS the implementation emphasized transactional payroll capabilities and HRIS modules including payroll variable entry for overtime, on call duty, transport allowances, bonuses, commissions, TOPAZE items, pension and installment handling, a remuneration module, a TalentGrid for rating alignment, training module workstreams, post payroll statements, reporting, ticketing for employee interactions, and the dematerialization of HR files including time sheets. The application was used to produce standard payroll documentation and to manage routine HR administrative outputs such as work certificates and receipts for statutory termination compensation. The implementation operated alongside Talentsoft as an HRIS component, with explicit data integration touchpoints for training follow up and TalentGrid reporting between Talentsoft and Nibelis. Operational handoffs were structured with recruitment, HR business partners, the Payroll Manager, the Head of Social Responsibility and accounting, and included Social Security interactions for IJSS handling and transmission of provident files to SPAF. Deployment covered multiple company sites in France and centralized common payroll inputs into Nibelis Payroll & HRIS. Governance was organized around the Social Management manager for module launches and configuration workshops, with coordination mechanisms for contract lifecycle events involving recruitment and HRBP teams, and for training governance through the Training Committee and IRP meetings. Process changes included standardized procedures for DPAE and departure letter acknowledgements, ticketing for employee support, and scheduled workshops to align remuneration settings and talent rating scales with the Syntec agreement.
