Integrations were explicitly tied to Oracle invoice & customer manager for invoicing control and to ServiceNow for ticketing management, enabling end to end linkage between order events, invoice validation and service tickets. Operational coverage extended across supplier support, invoicing and ticketing business functions, with day to day operations referenced from November 2019 through January 2024. Governance and support processes were structured around ServiceNow ticketing for incident and request workflows, and documented supplier portal procedures for password resets and contact updates. Tesi Order Management functioned as the system of record for order assistance, orchestrating supplier interactions while linking order data to invoicing and service management controls. | |
