The deployment targeted consolidation of hundreds of finished products, thousands of ingredients and corresponding recipes into a single database to support real-time decision making for production, R&D and commercial teams. BatchMaster Inventory was configured with industry-specific capabilities common to BatchMaster ERP Food, including lot strength tracking for brix and concentration, catch weight handling, nutritional labeling, HACCP management, allergen management and Kosher Halal certification support. The Inventory Management configuration also incorporated zone pricing and FDA compliance utilities, Sample Request Management for iterative R&D trial runs, and Product Cost Evaluation linked to the quotation and sales order workflow to assess cost of goods across multiple package sizes. The implementation included real-time inventory visibility and an easy interface to external systems, explicitly integrating with accounting systems and importation of FDA databases. Operational coverage extended across the companys R&D, production floor, packaging operations and sales order processes at the new 40,000 square foot production facility that supports high-volume output and complex packaging mixes. Governance was reorganized around a single accountable source of data to reduce compartmentalized, person-dependent procedures and to enable standardized workflows across departments. The selection process emphasized out-of-the-box functionality, hands-on performance shootouts and on-site evaluations, and the result was a shared system that supports All American Seasonings core operations and overlays company culture and workflow quickly and cost-effectively.
