Bake'n Joy IT supported the setup of new EDI customers and the Customer Service team coordinated with production master scheduler quality assurance transportation and warehouse teams to align manufacturing and carrier scheduling with order due dates. Governance assigned order entry and acknowledgement ownership to Customer Service Sales Support with escalation to the Customer Service Manager and routine reporting to executive stakeholders. Sales Discovery and Hubble reporting tools were used to manage forecast and account inquiries alongside iTradeNetwork Order Management, and cross functional processes were formalized for credit hold release sample management and customer deduction research. | |
