The project lifecycle followed iterative requirements gathering, functional and technical design, staged testing, and phased rollout and training, with active coordination between business users and IT stakeholders to validate system settings and data outputs. Governance established a super user model and master data stewardship to maintain MPS, DRP and product coding, and testing and training processes were embedded into the rollout to support adoption.
