The Concludis ATS configuration emphasizes structured application forms and workflow stages to standardize screening and interview coordination for HR and hiring managers. Operationally the deployment centers on HR and recruitment teams at ENTEGA Plus and exposes role-based access for recruiters and hiring managers through the careers site integration. ENTEGA Plus Utilities 2200 $1.9B Germany SalesAgility SuiteCRM CRM 2017 n/a In 2017, ENTEGA Plus implemented SuiteCRM as a CRM to centralize management of customer lifecycles and increasingly complex energy product portfolios. The SuiteCRM implementation was positioned to complement the existing SAP utility billing landscape and to orchestrate product configuration, quotation, contracting and customer communication workflows for a municipal energy supplier. The deployment of SuiteCRM included an industry-specific product catalog capable of modeling multi-component offerings and distinct product versions, configuration-driven pricing and calculation, quotation generation, contract creation, and the automated calculation of monthly billing plans. SuiteCRM was configured to produce customer-facing communications, including welcome letters, billing plans and annual settlements, and to support targeted marketing campaign execution and customer segmentation within the CRM. Operational integration focused on a direct synchronization between SuiteCRM and the SAP utility environment, exchanging customer, contract and banking data to prevent duplicate records and to enable side-by-side comparison of new and existing customers at a central location. The technical integration also included transfer of calculated monthly billing plans and corresponding customer data into the SAP settlement path, enabling orchestration across CRM-driven sales and marketing activities and SAP-driven billing and finance processes. The implementation covered sales, service, marketing and billing functions across ENTEGA Plus operations in Germany. Governance and process workstreams redefined sales and service processes to accommodate configurable, nonconsumption based products, with the project delivering process optimization through requirements analysis, configuration and technical implementation services. The SuiteCRM solution enabled centralized product definition, automated contract lifecycles and synchronized master data, reducing duplicate records and improving campaign and customer communication workflows while keeping billing settlement in SAP.
