DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club Leisure and Hospitality 246 $90M Australia Tambla Tambla eTivity Workforce Management,Time and Attendance 2021 n/a In 2021 DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club implemented Tambla eTivity as its central Workforce Management,Time and Attendance application to standardize staff time capture and timesheet processing across the club. Tambla eTivity was deployed to manage core time and attendance workflows and to provide a single system of record for rostered hours and clocking events. The implementation focused on configuring Tambla eTivity modules for time capture, roster management, and timesheet validation, and included the introduction of contactless facial recognition clocks for staff clock-in and clock-out. Configuration work encompassed business rule setup for pay conditions and attendance exception handling, and automation of timesheet feeds to downstream payroll processes consistent with Workforce Management,Time and Attendance functional terminology. Integrations were implemented between Tambla eTivity and the payroll/HR solution Frontier iChris, with both workforce management and payroll interfacing with the club's SAP landscape, enabling electronic transfer of validated time data into payroll and SAP records. The program also ran alongside a recruitment software implementation, Recurit Advantage Turbo, and supported cross-functional initiatives such as Hire to Retire audit and workforce planning optimisation, aligning HR, payroll and operations data flows. Governance and rollout included stakeholder management up to executive level, post project system support covering technical troubleshooting, configuration and business rule interpretation, and change management for end users. Ongoing operational controls were formalized through annual software upgrades with vendor coordination, user testing and approval gates for go live, and post-implementation process reviews to optimize how Tambla eTivity supports payroll, HR and operational workflows.
