Architecturally the program established a hybrid cloud on-premises topology, with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in the HCM Cloud Suite integrated to the on-premises SAP S/4 HANA HCM using HCI for real time master data and payroll relevant flows. Integration focus centered on position and personnel replication, time and attendance handoffs, and payroll data exchange between Employee Central Payroll and on-premises payroll components. Operational coverage targeted HR and payroll operations across the company based in the United Arab Emirates, supporting payroll, time capture, organizational modeling, and personnel administration for a 1294 employee organization. The project was led by a named Lead SAP HCM and SuccessFactors consultant who was responsible for implementing the defined scope on time, governing configuration, and coordinating the HCI integration and cutover activities.
