Grand River Hospital | Healthcare | 4100 | $525M | Canada | Infor | Infor CloudSuite HCM | Core HR | 2018 | n/a | In 2018, Grand River Hospital implemented Infor CloudSuite HCM as part of a broader corporate ERP initiative. The deployment targeted Core HR functions across two hospitals and multiple locations, and the project was executed by the corporate ERP implementation team from initial project planning through go-live activities. Infor CloudSuite HCM was configured to provide core Human Capital Management capabilities consistent with a Core HR deployment, including employee master data, position and organizational management, benefits and entitlement tracking, and performance management workflows. The implementation included Infor Performance Management as a complementary module and used Infor CloudSuite HCM alongside CloudSuite Financials within the hospital ERP footprint. The on-premises architecture spanned multiple hospital sites and leveraged Infor technology for integration and orchestration, specifically Infor OS, ION, and XI. Integration points tied Infor CloudSuite HCM to existing Landmark and Lawson technologies and to CloudSuite Financials, while Process Automation Designer was applied to automate approval routes and standard HR workflows. Governance and rollout were managed by the corporate ERP implementation team with phased site activation and operational cutover activities. The implementation focused on HR operational teams and administrative functions, aligning Core HR processes with the hospital group wide ERP architecture and integration stack. | |
