Operational coverage included central HR, payroll, and finance teams across the Charles County Public Schools district, enabling HR data to feed into enterprise financial planning and reporting processes under the same Oracle Cloud suite. Applications Software Technology served as the implementation partner during the phased 24-month rollout, which used staged cutovers, role based governance, and training waves to transition district HR and payroll processes into Oracle Cloud HCM. Governance workstreams established centralized HR data stewardship, access controls, and change control procedures to manage the ongoing administration of Oracle Cloud HCM within district operations. | |
