CommBank Banking and Financial Services 48580 $18.7B Australia Inlogik Inlogik ExpenseMe (ex ProMaster) Expense Management 2005 n/a In 2005, CommBank implemented Inlogik ExpenseMe (ex ProMaster) as its centralized Expense Management application to serve corporate expense processing and approvals across finance and travel functions. The implementation positioned Inlogik ExpenseMe as the primary Expense Management platform for employee expense capture, approval routing, policy enforcement and reconciliation workflows within the bank. Configuration focused on standard Expense Management functional modules, including multi-format expense capture and receipt imaging, automated approval workflows, policy validation and exception handling, reconciliation and ledger posting preparation, and reporting for compliance and audit. Inlogik ExpenseMe was configured to support role-based approvals and automated matching of expense items to internal cost centers and accounting codes. Integrations implemented during and after the deployment ranged from other expense systems and file feeds to core financial applications, with supported integration patterns including Promaster, Oracle, SAP and Concur style expense system connectors, and downstream posting to financial applications such as SAP and Oracle. These integrations enabled transaction handoff for accounts payable and general ledger reconciliation, and supported data exchange for employee and cost center master data. Governance and rollout emphasized centralized processing and standardized approval policies, with process orchestration to consolidate expense intake, exception workflow handling and financial posting controls. Operational ownership resided with finance, accounts payable and travel expense teams, and the program covered ongoing integration support and configuration management as the bank extended connectivity to additional financial applications.
