District personnel supporting the project brought prior operational experience with IFAS HR, Scanfile document imaging, and Applitrack applicant tracking, which informed configuration choices for document management and applicant onboarding. Governance formalized change control and cross functional communication, assigning HR as the process owner for employee lifecycle workflows and establishing documentation and training protocols to ensure consistent use of PowerSchool BusinessPlus HR across administrative and school site staff.
