Entel also implemented a dedicated third party labor and safety platform to manage contractors and occupational safety and health controls, which produced satisfactory audit results. Operational governance covered Talent Management, Compensation, Planning, Third Party management and HR administration across Entel Peru, and the rollout was aligned with broader digitalization and hybrid work initiatives. Broader HR transformation activities during the period reported a 25 percent productivity increase tied to hybrid work and digital tools, and engagement metrics of 91 percent, while SuccessFactors served as the central Core HR system for personnel and talent data.
