Flare HR Core HR was configured to automate onboarding workflows and an employee benefits program that was deployed in partnership with Flare HR, reflecting an emphasis on process-driven HR lifecycle delivery. Operational integrations focused on tight coordination with finance and payroll functions, with the National HR Manager and HR team providing timely and accurate employee data and advice to the Payroll Manager and Director of Finance. The deployment operated across national sites and included targeted initiatives to support casual workforce management and regional casual pools in Greater Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong. Governance and rollout were driven by the National HR Manager, who reported to the Managing Director and led a multi-disciplinary HR team of four direct reports, with accountability for ER and IR case management, policy development and strategic HR projects. Explicit outcomes recorded post-deployment include the conversion of 260 plus long term casuals yielding approximate savings of $800K per annum, the deployment of the online onboarding and employee benefits program, and sourcing casual pools that contributed to reported savings of approximately $950K per annum since December 2020.
