Reporting stacks included Crystal Reporting and Power BI for payroll process analysis and reporting. Process automation was implemented by creating custom Python programs to automate data transformations and routine reconciliations. Integrations supported include payroll feeds into Preceda and bidirectional interfaces with HR systems, with external vendors engaged to implement system integration. Operational coverage focused on payroll, HR, and scheduling across the Australian dealership network, with testing and troubleshooting routines to resolve system issues. Data collection, analysis and utilization workflows were established to produce reliable reports for payroll compliance and internal stakeholders. Governance controls emphasized compliance with Australian payroll, superannuation and taxation laws and internal policies, with documented procedures to ensure consistent execution. Project management emphasized stakeholder engagement to develop trust in system outputs and to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities. Ongoing responsibilities included system maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintaining a regular reporting cadence to support payroll process integrity.
