UniFocus KnowCross was configured to support core Workforce Management capabilities, including shift scheduling, task orchestration, incident and task management, and operational checklists and compliance workflows common to hospitality operations. Configuration emphasized role-based task assignment and event-driven task escalation to ensure visible accountability across service and facilities teams. The implementation was integrated with existing hospitality systems explicitly referenced by project leadership, including the Maximo Facilities Management environment and guest systems such as Opera PMS, Salesforce, Delphi, and Synxis related services. Integrations focused on bidirectional task and asset context handoffs, so task assignments in UniFocus KnowCross carried property and guest context from property management and CRM systems to operational responders. Governance and rollout were led by a Senior Project Manager who acted as point of contact for vendors, business units, and C-suite stakeholders, and who prepared a Corporate Train the Trainer curriculum for Operations and knowledge transfer to the Call Centre Helpdesk. The project was executed by cross-functional teams with a continuous feedback loop for process improvement and change management, and completed within established timeframes and budget as part of a portfolio of high-visibility system initiatives.

Insperity iSolved was adopted to centralize HR operations and serve as the authoritative system for onboarding, offboarding, timekeeping, and employee recordkeeping across the firm’s staffing and consulting operations. The Insperity iSolved deployment covered core workforce management capabilities including onboarding workflows, offboarding checklists, time and attendance tracking, user account and permission management, and security configuration. Transigma configured Insperity iSolved to handle background checks, drug screenings, statement of work preparation and management, credential generation, and device ordering as part of formalized onboarding and offboarding sequences. Integrations and operational touchpoints were explicit and multisystem. Insperity iSolved was administered alongside ZOHO People and ZOHO Expense, Slack, Microsoft administrative accounts, Appriver, Symantec by Broadcom, and EXOSTAR proofing, and it interfaced with client and company portals and recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn to orchestrate candidate intake and hire workflows. The operational scope included staffing, HR, recruiting, and IT functions, and extended to contractors and international resources. Governance and process changes accompanied the implementation, with a new onboarding program developed and implemented that reduced onboarding time by 30 percent. Offboarding processes were streamlined to simplify paperwork and communications, and Transigma maintained an official record of all resources including contact information, job titles, start and end dates, legal contracts, and performance reviews within Insperity iSolved. Technical support activities, knowledge base documentation, and administrative controls were consolidated to support ongoing workforce management and compliance.
