In 2015, Netafim USA implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as part of a broader SuccessFactors suite deployment to address global HR needs across 31 countries. The initiative targeted Compensation Management, leveraging SuccessFactors Employee Central alongside Performance & Goals and Compensation to centralize employee records, performance-linked pay decisions, and variable pay planning under a single cloud HR framework.
The implementation configured core modules including Employee Central for the employee master and organizational structure, SuccessFactors Performance & Goals for calibration and goal alignment, and SAP SuccessFactors Compensation for merit, bonus and long term incentive planning. Configuration emphasized standard compensation planning workflows, eligibility rules, pay component modeling and approval orchestration, aligning total rewards processes with performance outcomes and headcount data maintained in Employee Central.
