Integration work was coordinated across multiple vendors and modules, with explicit effort for Time & Attendance clock configuration and distribution to more than 100 locations. AspireHR orchestrated interfaces and master data consolidation to ensure the single tenant supported benefits administration, time capture, and downstream payroll processes while enabling enterprise reporting and governance on consolidated HR data. Governance changes focused on dynamic governance, centralized access, and process modernization to replace 49 disparate HR systems with one SaaS instance.
